1. The service
Weisscollar provides an AI-powered workspace for professional profiles, CVs, cover letters, job tracking, fit scoring, and related workflows. The service is currently intended primarily for users in the United States.
We are not a recruiting agency, employer, law firm, immigration advisor, or consumer reporting agency. We do not make hiring decisions for employers and we do not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
3. AI-generated content
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any CV, cover letter, message, score, suggestion, or other material before using it.
You should not use Weisscollar to fabricate experience, credentials, education, work authorization, references, or other material facts.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Weisscollar permission to host, process, transmit, display, modify, analyze, and generate derivative outputs from your content as needed to operate, secure, improve, evaluate, and develop the service.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit any files, job posts, resumes, screenshots, or other content you upload or paste into the service.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at scale, reverse engineer protected systems, submit malware, harass others, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the service for unlawful discrimination or deceptive hiring or application practices.
You are responsible for ensuring that materials you submit or generate are truthful, lawful, and appropriate for the role, employer, and jurisdiction involved.
6. Billing, plans, and credits
Paid plans, credits, top-ups, and billing features may be offered through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Prices, limits, plan names, included features, credit amounts, rollover rules, promotional offers, and add-ons may change at any time, subject to applicable law.
Weisscollar features rely on AI model calls, document rendering, storage, and related compute resources. Credits, generations, requests, exports, analyses, or other usage that has already been consumed cannot be refunded, reversed, or restored except where required by law or where we decide otherwise in our sole discretion.
Subscription fees, top-ups, add-ons, prepaid credits, and promotional credits are non-refundable unless a refund is required by law or expressly stated in a written offer. If you cancel a subscription, cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period or previously used credits.
Credits are a limited license to use Weisscollar features. They have no cash value, are not a stored-value account or currency, are not transferable, and may expire, roll over, or be capped according to the plan or offer shown at purchase. Additional details are available in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Security, incidents, and emergency controls
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect the service, but no internet service, cloud platform, AI provider, payment processor, authentication provider, network, or software system can be guaranteed to be completely secure or continuously available.
During suspected abuse, fraud, payment disputes, vendor outages, data incidents, security investigations, or legal compliance reviews, we may limit, suspend, throttle, disable, reset, or terminate access to accounts, features, credits, exports, webhooks, or integrations when we believe it is appropriate to protect users, Weisscollar, vendors, or the service. More detail is available in our Data Security & Incident Response policy.
8. Changes to the service, offers, and availability
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, limit, replace, or remove any feature, model, template, plan, credit package, discount, beta feature, promotion, or offer at any time. We may also change usage limits, eligibility rules, pricing, model routing, credit costs, rollover caps, and technical requirements as the product, vendor costs, laws, or security needs change.
We will try to provide reasonable notice for material changes that negatively affect active paid users, but some changes may be immediate, including changes needed for security, fraud prevention, vendor outages, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or operational stability.
9. Future products and research
Weisscollar is AI-first. The current product is a practical interface for working with applicants and career workflows, but our broader mission includes AI research and future products for hiring, verification, transparency, and post-AGI work systems. We may use learnings from the service to develop those systems, subject to our Privacy Policy and any controls we provide for future uses.
10. Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weisscollar disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weisscollar is not responsible for losses caused by user error, user-provided content, inaccurate AI output, third-party services, model provider outages, payment processor issues, authentication provider issues, force majeure events, unauthorized access caused by compromised user credentials, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
