1. Summary
Weisscollar is an AI-powered software service. Many features use paid third-party AI models, document rendering, storage, logging, and related compute. Because those resources may be consumed immediately, used credits, completed generations, exports, analyses, AI requests, and other completed usage are generally not refundable.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where the law requires a refund, cancellation right, notice, or remedy, we will honor that requirement.
2. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel an active subscription through the billing or customer portal when available, or by contacting info@weisscollar.com. Cancellation stops future automatic renewal charges after the cancellation is processed.
Unless we state otherwise at checkout or applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period, prior billing periods, used credits, consumed AI usage, document renders, exports, or add-ons. Access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing period or may end earlier if required for fraud prevention, abuse prevention, chargeback handling, security, or legal compliance.
3. Credits, top-ups, and add-ons
Credits, top-ups, add-ons, promotional credits, trial credits, and rollover balances are a limited license to use Weisscollar features. They are not cash, stored value, gift cards, bank deposits, or currency. They cannot be transferred, resold, redeemed for cash, or withdrawn.
Used credits and consumed usage cannot be restored or refunded except where required by law or where we decide otherwise in our sole discretion. Unused credits may expire, roll over, be capped, or be limited by the plan or offer shown at the time of purchase.
4. Failed payments, disputes, and chargebacks
If a payment fails, is reversed, disputed, refunded, or appears fraudulent, we may suspend or limit access to paid features, credits, exports, billing changes, or account functionality while the issue is reviewed. We may deduct credits, reverse promotional balances, cancel subscriptions, or close accounts when necessary to protect the service.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before filing a dispute so we can review the issue. Filing a chargeback may result in immediate suspension of the associated subscription or paid credits while the payment processor reviews the matter.
5. Promotions, vouchers, and offers
Promotions, discounts, vouchers, coupons, free credits, beta offers, and special packages may have eligibility limits, expiration dates, redemption limits, plan restrictions, account limits, and anti-abuse rules. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, transferred, resold, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively.
We may modify, suspend, revoke, or cancel an offer, voucher, discount, or promotional balance if we believe it was issued in error, misused, abused, obtained fraudulently, or used in a way that harms Weisscollar, other users, payment processors, vendors, or the security of the service.
6. Service changes and vendor costs
AI model pricing, token costs, vendor availability, infrastructure costs, and payment processor requirements can change. We may update plan limits, credit costs, rollover caps, included features, model routing, pricing, and packaging to keep the service reliable and economically sustainable.
7. How to request help
For billing questions, cancellation help, or refund review, email info@weisscollar.com with your account email, the charge date, the amount, and a short explanation. We may ask for additional information to verify account ownership and investigate the request.
